WowYes© TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROPERTY OWNER

1. Upon approval of the Tenant’s loan (to pay for the rental of the property) by one of WGI’s participating Financial Institutions and with a duly signed copy of (1) the Agency Agreement, (2) Tenancy Agreement and (3) Loan Agreement, the Tenant shall activate the use of WowYes©.
2. Upon receipt of the Loan Amount (“WowYes© Payment”), WGI shall pay the Property Owner the WowYes© Payment with a deduction of 10% (subject to Agent commission rate in the duly signed Agency Agreement).
3. For avoidance of doubt, WGI is not a party to the Agency Agreement, Tenancy Agreement and Loan Agreement and is strictly not responsible or liable in any way for the Agency Agreement, Tenancy Agreement and Loan Agreement and any defaults or breaches whatsoever in respect thereof.
